Defective Products
- You have 14 days from receiving your order to return or exchange defective items.
- JBD covers all costs associated with returning defective products, including shipping and handling fees.
Non-Defective Products
- If a product is non-defective but does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any additional fees incurred.
2. Return Process
- Submit a Return Request:
- Take clear photos of the product and describe the issue.
- Email your request to support@jewelrybuydirect.com with the subject line: "Return Request: Order # + Product Item # (if available)".
- Processing Time:
- Our customer support team will assess your request and respond within 24-48 hours.
- If approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
- Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds to the original payment method will be processed within 3-5 business days.
3. Important Notes
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) services. Customers must bear the return shipping cost for non-defective items.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
