Defective Products

  • You have 14 days from receiving your order to return or exchange defective items.
  • JBD covers all costs associated with returning defective products, including shipping and handling fees.

Non-Defective Products

  • If a product is non-defective but does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any additional fees incurred.

2. Return Process

  1. Submit a Return Request:
    • Take clear photos of the product and describe the issue.
    • Email your request to support@jewelrybuydirect.com with the subject line: "Return Request: Order # + Product Item # (if available)".
  2. Processing Time:
    • Our customer support team will assess your request and respond within 24-48 hours.
    • If approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
  3. Refund Process:
    • Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
    • Refunds to the original payment method will be processed within 3-5 business days.

3. Important Notes

  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) services. Customers must bear the return shipping cost for non-defective items.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
