How Do We Ship?

We provide two shipping options: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.  
- Express Shipping is available in select countries.  
- Standard Shipping is available in all countries.  
All orders are shipped via air transport for fast and reliable delivery. Please refer to the Shipping Time table for service availability in your region.  

Shipping Costs 
Shipping fees are determined based on three factors:  
- Shipping method(Standard or Express)  
- Destination country  
- Package weight The final shipping cost is calculated at checkout before payment. 

 Free Shipping Eligibility
- Orders over US$150: Eligible for FREE Express Shipping (if available in your country). If Express Shipping is not available, FREE Standard Shipping will be applied.  
- Orders under US$150: Shipping fees apply. Rates may vary based on seasonal demand.  

Estimated Starting Rates
- Standard Shipping: US$10.99 or US$16.99
- Express Shipping: From US$21.99

Delivery Time
Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time  

- Processing Time: Orders are processed, inspected, packed, and shipped within 2-4      business days after payment confirmation.  
- Shipping Time: (Refer to the table below for estimated delivery times.)   Note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as international logistics, flight availability, and customs clearance. We are committed to processing your order promptly and ensuring a smooth shipping experience.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with:  
- Order status
- Tracking number
- Delivery instructions

Customs & Duties
Most orders are shipped under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms, meaning we handle:  
- Shipping and customs clearance  
- International shipping costs  
- Customs fees, taxes, and import duties  

For non-DDP shipments, customers are responsible for paying customs duties and taxes. If you choose to handle customs clearance yourself, you will be responsible for all associated fees. 

Customs regulations vary by country, and we cannot estimate duties in advance. We recommend checking your local customs policies before placing an order. Some countries exempt goods below a certain value, while others impose import taxes on higher-value items.
